Repairing Chips-Scrapes
Chips and scrapes can be an eye sore and depending on your car colour can be a real pain. Generally chips are caused by rocks and gravel during regular driving and sometimes just cannot be avoided. Scapes can be caused by driving to close to walls or other cars driving to close to yours. Some scrapes unfortunately are intentional caused by what is called keying, but the end result to all chips and scrapes can be an eye sore.
Doing it yourself when you can is always the best option for any job, as sometimes it is not worth going to your local auto repair shop. There you can be expected to pay for what could be ten minutes work which you could easily do yourself. Simply purchase some scratch remover from your local car assesories shop, the hardest part will be finding the paint match. The removers are always colour coded and all your have to do is to check them against your cars colour code
